Strangely even though I’m twenty-two, and legally old enough to buy it, I felt guilty and embarrassed as I passed it over the counter and paid for it. Wrapped in cellophane I turned it over, on the back a picture of a man, strapped to a cross. The magazine was called ‘Dominant Contacts’, and promised hundreds of actual contacts, stories, features. The cover, a young woman in a black rubber cat suit, whip in hand. I was in the newsagents buying a paper, and just caught a glimpse of a magazine on the top shelf. It was just pure chance, or fate – if you believe in that sort of thing. The story below was the first I ever wrote – circa 198? at the time pure fiction – again bizarre but about 5 years after writing it came true almost word for word. I wrote about 10 stories on Chlorofurum along similar themes.

Yesterday, I thought I’d see if it was still out there somewhere, so googled it, and not only is it, but it has been taken forward by others who obviously share the fetish, and I really enjoyed the new version. I haven’t looked up my “Aunt Julie” story for years, it used to be on a couple of sites, Chlorofurum, and the Scarf Web Site, but both of those are long gone.
